Omnica has a team of helpers that provide everyday supportive services such as drivers, gardener, sweeper and canteen staffs. Our general staffs lessen the load on our operational staffs to support smooth factory operations. The food available at the factory canteen has been 80% subsidised by the management for all employees. It is mandatory for all staffs to clean the dishes they have used for eating.
