Our manufacturing plant located in Chittapol, Bhaktapur was built in 1997. The unit covers an area of about 32000 sq. ft. and houses the following operational departments.

Utilities
- Water for Pharmaceutical Use (WPU) is attained through double Reverse Osmosis (RO) in loop system
- HVAC system installed with 100% fresh air supply to non-steroid areas and re-circulated system for steroid areas maintaining class 100000 condition.
- Two dispensing booths and one sampling booth built for maintaining class 100 condition with sodium vapour lamp system.
- Equipped with Oil free compressed air system with required filters.
- Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) with Air Handling Units (AHU) present for inlet air and wet scrubber positioned for exhaust air.
- Auto coater with dedicated HVAC system for inlet air and exhaust blower with wet scrubber system for exhaust air (under installation)
